VoiceCast SMS/MMS Program Terms
By opting in to VoiceCast SMS/MMS notifications, you agree to receive automated broadcast messages from VoiceCast on behalf of your organization. These messages may include emergency alerts, informational broadcasts, and other notifications configured by your organization’s administrators.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your organization’s broadcast activity.
- Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS notifications. You will receive a confirmation message.

VoiceCast does not share, sell, or distribute opt-in data or consent information with third parties. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
1. Services
VoiceCast provides a cloud-based broadcast notification platform that enables organizations to send voice calls, SMS messages, and email notifications to their contacts. Our services include contact management, group organization, broadcast scheduling, delivery tracking, and related features accessible via the voicecast.io platform.
2. Account & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. VoiceCast reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use VoiceCast to:
- Send unsolicited messages (spam) or messages to contacts who have not consented to receive them
- Violate any applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, or similar regulations
- Transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or unlawful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its infrastructure
- Interfere with the operation of the service
4. Charges & Payment
Fees for VoiceCast services are set forth in your service agreement or subscription plan. All charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ written notice.
5. Term & Termination
These terms are effective from the date you first access the platform and continue until terminated. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be discontinued and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The VoiceCast platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed by the other party in connection with these services. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoiceCast and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, network failures, or other force majeure events.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of VoiceCast after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
